How can I renew my temporary library card number and get a permanent physical library card?

There are several ways to do that. To get a library card without visiting a branch, send us an email with an attached image of your official photo ID. In the email include your phone number and email address. We will then renew your library account and mail the physical card to your home address. The last four digits of your phone number will be your PIN.
You can also get a library card by coming into a library branch or using our curbside/drive-up service. Simply show a staff member your official photo ID when you arrive and we will ask you a series of questions in order to issue you a library card on the spot.
Note: If your official photo ID doesn't contain your current address, please show proof of current address.
