Why are my MOBIUS requests not going through?

Answer

In Spring 2024, the MOBIUS consortium underwent a software migration and was unavailable until June 12, 2024. The new software is still under development and is not a final product as of June 2024. Please review the updated instructions for submitting MOBIUS requests, as there have been changes to the process. You can find the instructions by clicking here.

If your MOBIUS request is taking a while to show in your library account, please wait 15 minutes and check again. If it is still not in your account, try placing another request if another copy is available. If no other copies are available in the MOBIUS, please contact the ILL office by emailing ILLDesk@stchlibrary.org.
