Why doesn't my book open in Libby?

Check to see if you checked out a PDF format book. Unfortunately, PDF ebooks are not supported by the Libby app.
If you've borrowed a PDF eBook from your library, you can download it to the free Adobe Digital Editions software on a Windows or Mac computer, then read it there or transfer it to a compatible eReader.
