How is the layout of space for my meeting decided?

Answer

Meeting organizers are responsible for arranging furniture according to their needs. Branch staff are not able to assist with room set-ups. An applicant is responsible for returning the room to its original set-up.  Some rooms may have limitations on layout depending on room type.
