How do I reset a Libby download link if I am locked out?

If you try to download a Libby title too many times, you may get an error: "This download has been disabled. Please contact support." If this happens, please email emedia@stchlibrary.org and request the link be reset. Don't forget to include your library card number and the title of the book in question!
