Q. I replaced my library card. How can I get my old OverDrive checkouts and holds?


If you replace your library card, your OverDrive checkouts and holds do not automatically transfer to your new card. In order to transfer checkouts or holds to your new card, please email the eMedia Help Desk, including your library card number with your request, at emedia@stchlibrary.org.
